Job summary

Alarm Data Security System Inc. is seeking a vigilant Central Monitoring Station Operator for strict 24/7 surveillance and emergency response coordination.

You will be the primary contact for alarm monitoring, ensuring timely communication between site security, law enforcement, and client stakeholders to maintain a secure environment. You will monitor alarms in real-time, document responses, and coordinate with security agencies while providing basic IDS support and routine health checks on

Qualifications

• Familiarity with monitoring software, CCTV interfaces and IDS is preferred.
• Ability to stay alert and accurate under high signal volume.
• Clear, calm verbal and written communication, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Aptitude for identifying technical anomalies and following escalation protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple incidents concurrently under strict deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining 24/7 site coverage and reporting suspicious activities promptly.

About the role

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Central Monitoring Station (CMS) Operator to provide 24/7 surveillance and emergency response coordination. You will serve as the primary point of contact for alarm monitoring, ensuring timely communication between site security, law enforcement, and client stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor and respond to alarm signals in real-time


• Accurately document all incident responses, actions taken, and escalation steps in the digital logbook


• Maintain seamless communication with security agencies, local law enforcement, and client security officers during critical incidents


• Provide basic end-user technical support for the Intrusion Detection System (IDS), including troubleshooting minor system faults


• Perform routine health checks on monitoring equipment to ensure continuous operational uptime

About you

• Familiarity with monitoring software, CCTV interfaces, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) is preferred


• Ability to remain alert and precise when processing high volumes of signals


• Clear, calm, and professional verbal and written communication skills, especially during high-pressure situations


• Aptitude for identifying technical anomalies and following established escalation protocols


• Proven ability to manage multiple incidents concurrently under strict deadlines


• Dependable, punctual, and fully committed to maintaining consistent 24/7 site coverage
