Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Computing/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant 24x7 operations experience (data centers, NOC, etc.).
• General knowledge of M&E and network critical infrastructure.
• Broad knowledge in DC facilities systems (PDUs, UPS, DC Rectifier, Generator, DRUPs, CRAUs, Chiller, DX cooling, fire protections, raised floors).
• Understand network structure cabling in IT/data center environments.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Possession of relevant facilities management or data center certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in rotating shifts to support the data centre's 24x7 onsite operations.
• Monitor BMS systems and critical facilities equipment continuously.
• Act as first responder and Level 1 escalation for incidents.
• Respond to remote hands requests within SLAs.
• Document activities in the STT GDC Web Portal and tickets.
• Deliver ITIL compliance for incident, problem and change management.
• Ensure data center safety, security and customer support policies are followed.
• Oversee on-site security operations and contractors.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with minimal service disruption.
• Generate power, environmental, and monthly reports.
