Job summary

Pimsmarketing in the Philippines is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive demand for our medical product lines through doctors, dentists, and allied medical professionals. You will build endorsements and recommendations to promote our products.

You will also work to persuade hospitals to adopt and stock products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply, operating and delivery rooms, while effectively managing your territory to meet sales targets within company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for creating demand through doctors, dentists and allied medical professionals' endorsements.
• Convince hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room.
• Responsible for managing the territory to ensure attainment of sales and promotions targets within company policies/procedures.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
