Job summary

PMII/PIMS/PMI is seeking a motivated medical representative to grow demand for its pharmaceutical products. You will engage doctors, dentists and allied medical professionals to promote product lines across an assigned territory.

The role involves convincing hospitals and clinics to adopt products in nurseries, pharmacies and operating rooms, and ensuring stock through dispensing doctors while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience as a medical representative/pharmaceutical role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create demand for the client’s products among doctors, dentists and allied medical staff.
• Convince hospitals to use products in nursery, pharmacy, central supply, operating and delivery rooms.
• Encourage dispensing doctors to stock products and supply clinics.
• Manage territory to meet sales goals within company policies and budgets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Primarily responsible for creating the demand of Client’s product lines through doctors, dentists and members of the allied medical profession (nurses, midwives, pharmacists and purchasers) recommendations/endorsements.
• Likewise responsible for convincing the hospitals to use and purchase Client’s products in the nursery, pharmacy, central supply room, operating room and delivery room;
• Also responsible in convincing dispensing doctors to have stocks of Client’s products and make it available in their clinics;
• Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives (promotions and sales) within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restricts
