PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is seeking a marketing professional to develop and execute strategies that raise brand awareness and acquire new clients in the Peruvian market. You will collaborate with teams to drive growth and ensure campaigns align with brand goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, 2–5 years in marketing or related roles, and proficiency with MS Excel and Word for reporting and analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years in marketing, sales, or related roles (ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors).
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to details.
• Skilled in reporting, Ms. Excel and Ms. Word.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and acquire new clients.
• Conduct follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients, ranging from walk-ins and digital inquiries to referrals to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads into loyal customers
• Monitor and assess campaign performance, produce regular reports to inform improvements
• Organize or participate in marketing events and brand partnerships to boost awareness and client engagement
