Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories in Lima seeks a Marketing Support role to assist the Brand Manager with marketing plans and events. The position includes monitoring sales performance, merchandising at outlets, and distribution of new products while fostering strong customer relationships.

Strong English is a plus, a bachelor’s degree is required, and experience in marketing or events is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to travel by motorcycle with a valid license are

• Abel to operate Ms. Office.
• Fluent in English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Brand Manager in preparation and inplementation marketing plans, including supervise competitors activities across Above The Line and Below The Line campaign.
• Monitoring product sales performance & merchandising standars at outlet.
• Oversee the distribution of new product.
• Plan, execute, and supervise of event.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
