Modinity Group is seeking an experienced retail operations leader to plan and manage bazaars, exhibitions, pop-up stores and other sales-driven events in Lima, Peru. You will develop targets, budgets, stock plans, and execution timelines while ensuring all preparatory tasks are completed on time.

The role requires managing cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, and driving profitability. Travel and after-hours work may be necessary to meet targets and deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations, retail events, sales activation, trade marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or multi-brand retail is preferred.
• Proven experience managing bazaars, exhibitions, pop-up stores, or similar retail events.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, event budgets, stock planning, and event profitability.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on.

• Work closely with Sales, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and other related teams.
• Improve event processes, cost efficiency, and execution standards.
