Aqua Elektronik Peru is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to drive online sales and promotions. You will manage relationships with ecommerce channels, plan campaigns, and oversee the promotional calendar and budget.

The role requires strong analytics, monthly forecasts, and hands-on stakeholder collaboration. You will analyze sales metrics, optimize assortment, monitor trends, and ensure excellent customer service and stock availability.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Economy/Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Able to take critical decisions and handle stress.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with ecommerce channel.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Develop and manage ecommerce promotional calendar, programs, and budget.
• Provide analysis and reporting on weekly/monthly sales by department and offer performance.
• Forecast monthly sales.
• Run AR management to dealers.
• Create a product sales menu for dealers.
• Provide insights on shopping trends to aid assortment selection.
• Track sales from newsletters and social media.
• Ensure timely customer service resolution.
• Maintain stock of products offered at platform.
• Provide market analysis and competitor benchmarks on fashion trends.
• Facilitate projects and test new developments to improve the online customer experience.

• Maintain good relationships with ecommerce channel
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns
• Developing and managing the ecommerce promotional calendar, marketing programs and budget
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
• Perform monthly sales forecasts
• Running AR Management to dealers
• Create a product sales menu that will be offered to dealers
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Tracks and analysis sales results from newsletter and social media traffic
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Ensuring the stock of products offered at platform is available
• Provides detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarks while identifying and reporting on current fashion trends
• Facilitates upcoming and ongoing projects, and test new developments to better the customer experience online

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing/Economy/Business Administration or any field.
• At least 3 years experiences in related field
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
