MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Pastry Cook to prepare and serve desserts, creating WOW moments for guests. You will assume responsibility for dessert station setup, quality, and presentation while following Chef guidance.

• Available to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Follow the methods of food preparation, baking method and techniques to properly prepare and serve desserts as instructed by the Chef
• Set-up and operate the workstation based on pars established by the Chef and follow station set-up organization
• Ensure food is stored and kept at proper holding temperatures through the use and reading of thermometers
• List the preparations that should be completed for each day the night before
• Monitor consistency of quality, presentation and flavor of each dish
• Assemble recipes without assistance
• Communicate problems to the Sous Chef
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the work area, utensils and equipment

THE STARTING RATE:

$23.6483 USD/hr

The Day-to-day
