MGM Resorts International seeks a Spa & Salon Supervisor at Vdara to lead daily spa and salon operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will welcome guests, understand their needs, and guide teams to provide services and products of the highest caliber.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in guest services or hospitality, leadership experience, and a passion for wellness. Must be 21+, with a High School Diploma or GED. Starting rate is $20.00 per hour.

• 2+ years of guest service or hospitality experience.
• Knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services with interest in wellness and self-care.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Oversee daily spa/salon operations to ensure guest and staff satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and uphold company policies; manage staffing and supplies.
• Promote and sell spa services, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.

THE STARTING RATE:

$20.00

The Day-to-day

• Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a guest service or hospitality
• Knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness and selfcare is preferred
• Has previous leadership experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
