MGM Resorts International is seeking a Spa Host to welcome guests and create a relaxing wellness experience at our Las Vegas spa. You will take ownership of each guest’s needs and help create memorable moments from check-in to post-service.

You will assist with bookings via spa software, guide guests to appointments, and participate in selling treatments and retail products while maintaining clean, stocked spa facilities and a sanitary environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Guest service experience is preferred
• Prior experience in a spa, salon, or retail setting is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, ensuring they are well stocked and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, and assist guests with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE STARTING RATE:

$16.00 + Commission

The Day-to-day

The Ideal Candidate
