Park MGM is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our wellness team on the Las Vegas Strip. You’ll provide personalized treatments that help guests relax, recharge, and feel cared for, maintaining a calm, welcoming spa environment.

Requirements include 1+ year massage therapy experience, Nevada license, a high school diploma or GED, and being 21+. Compensation is commission-based with tips; benefits include wellness programs, free employee meals, parking, and ongoing professional development.

Park MGM is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our team of wellness professionals who help create a calm, welcoming escape in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The STARTING RATE: Commission-based, plus tips

The Day-to-day

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

The Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment
• 1+ years of prior relevant guest service experience
• Must currently hold a valid Nevada issued Massage Therapy License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
