Las Vegas-based MGM Resorts International invites you to join the Bellagio team as a VIP Lounge Assistant Manager, delivering elevated, personalized service to an exclusive VIP clientele in a luxury hospitality setting. Lead with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while supporting daily lounge operations and creating memorable guest experiences.

In this fast-paced, high-touch role you will anticipate guest needs, build relationships, and ensure accurate charging, payroll, and staff

Formación

• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service, preferably VIP services, Front Desk and/or Concierge.
• Three (3) years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Hotel Operations preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director or Department Head
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Promote a team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional guest service
• Support hiring, training, development, and succession planning while upholding the company's diversity commitment
• Ensure accurate charging, postings, payment collection, cash handling, credit transactions, and balancing procedures
• Submit payroll and track attendance reports for VIP staff

The Day-to-day

• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director or Department Head

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service experience, preferably VIP services, Front Desk and/or Concierge
• Three (3) years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Hotel Operations preferred
• Previous experience working for a Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred
