Job summary
A leading retail company in Dhofar, Oman, seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel management, experience in a management role, and be fluent in both English and German. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a strong commercial acumen.

Education
Front Office Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, maintaining brand standards and delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Manage the performance of Front Office team members, including training and the implementation and monitoring of current SOPs related to Front Office operations (including IT systems and guest service procedures).
- Oversee departmental staff, facilities, sales, and expenses to ensure optimal departmental profitability.
- Drive the execution of all sales and marketing programs for the property, personally contribute to upselling, and ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of the property.
- College level in hotel management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Front Office management function.
- Strong commercial/business acumen.
- Interest in management.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
