Overview

SAP Functional (Finance) Expert Asyad Group is looking for a seasoned SAP Functional (Finance) Expert to lead the enhancement and support of SAP Finance modules across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Finance systems are efficient, integrated, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation, improve processes, and enable seamless integration with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Supply Chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Oversee integrations with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other business systems.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training to ensure adoption.
• Safeguard system performance, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and finance transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; SAP Finance certification preferred.
• 8+ years of SAP Finance experience, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Expertise in SAP FI/FICO, HANA Cloud Platform, and SuccessFactors integrations.
