Siraty is seeking an Assistant WE&O manager (FM) in Muscat to deliver contracted services across a multi-disciplinary environment. You will build a welcoming atmosphere, act as the main point of contact for employees and visitors, and liaise with site stakeholders, vendors and occupants to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

You will manage soft services such as cleaning, dining, reception and security while monitoring budgets, safety regulations and continuous improvement initiatives

Aufgaben

• Manage, monitor and coordinate all soft services to ensure high-quality delivery (cleaning, security, waste, dining, reception).
• Oversee service providers to meet SLAs and quality standards; conduct inspections.
• Develop and manage the soft services budget; report on expenses.
• Maintain safety and compliance with health, safety and environmental regs; implement policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address service needs and improve satisfaction.
• Review operations, identify improvements, and adopt best practices.
• Ensure site contracts cover supplies and services and understand site requirements.
• Run the Human Experience and communications program for the site.
• Monitor Work Order system and ensure timely rectification.
• Ensure smooth running of meetings/events on site.
• Assist with out-of-hours issues and participate in emergencies.
