Job summary

Newrest Group in Oman seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead IFM operations for client offices. You will manage a team delivering housekeeping, maintenance, admin and pantry services, ensuring service quality and compliance across sites.

You will oversee staff hiring, training, discipline and development, while coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections and safety programs with internal teams and third‑party contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities and service teams including housekeeping, maintenance and admin/pantry support.
• Ability to oversee administrative, technical and support staff performance and training.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and manage the IFM contract for client offices.
• Lead a team providing housekeeping, maintenance, admin and pantry services.
• Supervise administrative services staff; hire, train and manage conduct and performance.
• Plan and organize operations and reliability of facilities and infrastructure systems.
• Establish and monitor preventive maintenance and inspections programs.
• Coordinate with third‑party contractors for inspections and certifications.
• Monitor external contractors to ensure contract terms and quality.
• Collect and analyze data on costs and usage; report findings.
• Participate in meetings and committees to communicate services and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures; promote safety awareness.
