Job summary

Talent Consultant Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across our Oman branch in Muscat. This on-site role focuses on timely delivery, profitability, quality, and contractual compliance.

You will manage multi-project execution, coordinate with clients and authorities, and lead the marketing and sales team. A civil engineering background and extensive project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction and contracting.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of contracts, claims, variations, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations and execution of all construction projects within the Oman branch.
• Lead the marketing and sales team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, delays, and commercial risks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.
