Job summary

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Familiarity with SAP functional skills is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
• Facilitate smooth check-in/check-out and address guest inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate reservations, room assignments, modifications, and cancellations.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide concierge services with local recommendations and activities.
