Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests, addressing concerns and compliments.
• Ability to turn guest issues into positive solutions.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with reading, writing, basic maths and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Offer warm welcomes and create memorable guest experiences.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings.
• Ensure fast, smooth check-in and check-out.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Be the guests' trusted contact for bill issues and dining recommendations.
