Job summary

MBRF is seeking a data-driven Trade Marketing & Sales Analytics professional to monitor performance across customers and channels, analyze KPIs, and deliver insights that drive commercial decisions. You will support channel plans, promotions, and in-market execution, collaborating closely with Sales teams to optimizeayout and drive growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in business fields, with 3+ years FMCG experience, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Sales Analytics, Category Management, or similar roles.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance across customers, channels, SKUs, brands, regions, and sales teams to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor key commercial KPIs including volume, value, distribution, pricing, and market execution for strategic categories.
Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and business insights.
Identify sales gaps and growth opportunities, providing recommendations to improve results.
Monitor customer purchasing behavior and develop actionable insights to support commercial decision-making.
Support development and execution of channel and customer-specific trade marketing plans.
Partner with Sales teams to ensure effective promotions and initiatives.
Monitor in-market execution: product availability, visibility, assortment, merchandising standards, and promotions.
Support deployment of POSM, displays, activations, and other trade marketing activities.
Track execution against KPIs and follow up on action plans to deliver business objectives.
