Qualifications

• Proven Modern Trade and Key Account Management experience in FMCG.
• Experience with fresh/perishable FMCG products.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Modern Trade sales across Oman by building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts.
• Drive new product listings, range expansion, promotions, and in-store visibility in hypermarkets, supermarkets, and large retail chains.
• Develop and execute account-wise business plans to meet sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and visibility with key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, distribution, and market execution regularly.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and enable category growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
