Job summary

Specialized Import and Trading LLC in Oman is seeking a Team Lead Account Management - Local Shops to drive partner growth and manage a sales team. You will monitor order growth, track net take rates, and align priorities to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with ability to set targets.
• Leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Negotiation, problem solving and decision making abilities required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain partner order growth and key metrics.
• Produce progress metrics and ensure monthly NCR and target achievement.
• Lead and allocate work, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics and Finance to optimize the sales cycle.
• Lead new projects and drive OKR progress across Local Shops.
