The successful candidate will monitor sales expenditures, prepare reports, and coordinate communications among sales teams while managing retail routes and vehicle appearances.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
• Meeting with key clients, assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Analyzing and controlling expenditures of Retail Sales in the region to conform to sales budget requirements.
• Reducing customer complaints to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Managing communications between Retail sales and other organizational entities.
• Supervising the work of stores and depots in the region and analyzing their performance.
• Monitoring the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in compliance with policies.
