Job summary

Specialized Import and Trading LLC in Muscat seeks a Manager Acquisition to lead our vendor network, onboard new partners including restaurants, groceries, and specialty stores, and drive strategic growth across Oman.

You will coach the Acquisition team, develop strategies, perform market analysis, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and account management to align goals and report progress.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of sales or acquisition experience, with team-lead responsibilities.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in field sales (F&B, delivery, FMCG, or tech).
• Strong people management, training and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Acquisition team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement team strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Drive the acquisition of new restaurant partners and expand vendor portfolio.
• Identify and target potential partners aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and account management teams.
• Report on team performance, market insights, and acquisition progress.
• Onboard restaurants, groceries, and specialty stores to expand geography.
