T&S is a rapidly growing B2B service provider in the GCC, offering end-to-end corporate business and digital solutions. We are seeking a Business Development Associate in Riyadh to own and achieve our business goals by building and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem.

As part of the Customer-Centric organization, you will develop partner business plans, drive lead generation with partners, and coordinate reviews.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, partner management, with proactive lead generation techniques.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Familiarity with B2B purchasing behavior and SME operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve business goals by creating and nurturing the Certified Partner ecosystem.
• Plan and execute lead generation activities with partners to acquire new customers.
• Establish periodic reviews with partners and publish updates to stakeholders.
• Understand partners' business operations and customer profiles to tailor engagements.
