Allianz Partners in Oman seeks an Assistant Manager for MPM to efficiently manage the Medical Provider networks and negotiate tariffs for a diverse, cost-effective regional network. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; medical background preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a network administration environment, ideally in healthcare or insurance sectors.
• Fluency in English; French and Arabic are advantageous.

• Support and drive regional MPM strategy and objectives.
• Lead provider onboarding, tariff negotiation and contract management within Oman.
• Coordinate with regulators, legal, claims and IT to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and report on regional MPM activities and performance metrics.
