Job summary

MedNet Oman (MN-OMN) BU is seeking an Operations Manager to support the General Manager by coordinating daily tasks, monitoring project progress, and aligning workflows with standards in Oman.

You will oversee Production, Medical/Pre-Authorization, Claims, Call Center, and Network departments, drive KPI performance, SLAs, and regulatory reporting, and lead cross‑functional initiatives including Dhamani integration, while ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, business, or MBA.
• 5+ years in senior operations roles with track record.
• Experience in SLA management, regulatory reporting.
• AAPC certification is a plus.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations aligned with strategy.
• Monitor performance with KPIs, SLAs, and TATs.
• Lead strategic projects and regulatory initiatives (e.g., Dhamani).
• Coordinate with regulators, clients, providers for delivery.
• Prepare operational, client, and regulatory reports.
• Drive efficiency and reduce redundancies.
