Job summary

Allianz Partners MEA Oman is seeking an Assistant Manager, MPM, to efficiently manage medical provider networks, negotiate tariffs, and onboard providers to build a diverse, cost-effective regional network.

You will support the MPM senior managers, lead local provider relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive CPT pricing transitions, cost containment, and high service levels across Oman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; medical background preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a network administration environment (hospitals/TPAs/insurers preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the strategy devised by global and regional heads.
• Deliver objectives within full scope of medical provider management in the region.
• Lead projects for business continuity, regulatory compliance, and cost containment.
• Onboard and empanel medical providers to create a diverse, cost-efficient network.
• Negotiate tariffs, service expansions, and provider contracts in line with DOAP and DOA policies.
• Maintain provider data, trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Produce weekly/monthly regional reports and support senior management.
• Lead adoption of CPT pricing across contracted providers and ensure regulatory compliance.
