Job summary

Sustainable Development & Investment Company S.A.O.C (SDIC) is seeking a Facilities Management leader to oversee all facility operations. Your responsibilities will include implementing maintenance programs, managing vendor contracts, and contributing to sustainability strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in facilities management, along with strong skills in budget and vendor management. Proficiency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in facilities management including both hard and soft services.
• Experience in managing large-scale commercial or institutional facilities is mandatory.
• Professional certification in Facilities Management (CFM, FMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility management operations for SDIC.
• Oversee maintenance, security, and utilities services.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
