The Head of Data Center Operations at a Multinational Service Provider in Dubai, UAE, leads data center operations and drives client satisfaction by ensuring contractual compliance through effective SLA and KPI management.

The role oversees a skilled maintenance team, implements Reliability-Centered Maintenance programs, and collaborates across facilities, engineering, and operations to optimise uptime, safety, and cost controls in a demanding, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or Engineering disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Critical Facilities, or Data Center Operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing mission-critical environments.
• Experience in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• GCC experience is an advantage.

We are currently seeking an individual for one of our Saudi Arabia based clients, who is a leading multinational company and IFM solutions provider.

The Head of Data Center Operations serves as the primary point of contact for data center clients, ensuring overall account performance, client satisfaction, and contractual compliance through effective SLA and KPI management. These services will be delivered through a highly skilled maintenance team.

Education, Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or Engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Critical Facilities, or Data Center Operations.
