Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor of Facilities in Oman to lead and oversee the operation of critical building systems across all shifts, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical/facilities engineering degree and 2+ years in facilities maintenance plus leadership; you will manage outsourced teams, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
• 2+ years of facilities operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead engineering role.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with CMMS, BMS, and energy management systems.
• Ability to work across shifts and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight across all shifts to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and ensure preventive and corrective tasks.
• Act as SME for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and verify SLA/KPI compliance.
• Lead the technical response to facility emergencies and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
• Review maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records; contribute to root cause analysis.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental standards, and internal policies.
