Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Sustainability Manager to join our site-based construction supervision team for a major public realm development in Diriyah. You will lead environmental management, develop EMS and Sustainability Plans, and ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.

You will oversee waste, air quality, water usage, ecology, and hazardous materials, coordinate monitoring, and drive alignment with LEED/Envision or equivalent rating systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability from a recognized university.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental management and sustainability on site under project director.
• Develop and oversee Environmental Management Plan and Sustainability Plan.
• Review contractor’s Environmental & Sustainability Plans and related documents for compliance.
• Monitor construction activities for regulatory compliance and sustainability targets.
• Conduct regular environmental inspections and audits on site.
• Oversee management of waste, noise, dust, air quality, water usage, soil, ecology, and hazardous materials.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring activities and review reports.
• Collaborate with HSE, construction, and design teams to integrate sustainability into methods and materials.
• Support documentation for sustainability rating systems (LEED, Envision) and liaise with assessors.
• Provide technical guidance on environmental best practices and sustainable construction.
• Lead environmental incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks on environmental topics.
• Coordinate with client, regulators, and third‑party auditors on environmental matters.
• Manage environmental reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Identify risks and opportunities for inclusion in risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Assist handover with evidence of commitments and targets.
