Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in both soft and hard FM services, managing significant properties, and leading teams efficiently. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. The role includes overseeing various facilities operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and achieving performance targets. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in soft and hard FM services.
• Experience managing properties larger than 5000sqm with 300+ end-users.
• Experience leading a team of more than 10 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Supervise technical and support staff and conduct hiring.
• Plan, organize, and manage operations of facilities.
• Manage emergency issues promptly.
• Liaise with third-party contractors for asset inspections.
• Monitor performance and corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
