Job summary

Experience is seeking a Technical Director to lead the delivery and growth of strategic asset management across the region, with focus on the Port of Duqm secondment in Oman. You will work with senior leadership to deliver client value and strengthen the firm's position in regional markets.

You will develop training, oversee governance, manage projects, and drive business development. The role requires deep expertise in ISO 55000, asset lifecycle, and complex port infrastructure, with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with emphasis on asset management.
• Advanced degree in asset management, engineering management or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading asset management in ports, utilities or large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client advisory and delivery for asset management initiatives.
• Develop and implement Asset Management Strategy and SAMP.
• Oversee lifecycle planning and governance across assets.
• Drive business development and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior staff and develop capability programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 55000 and related standards.
