Job summary

Al Habib& Co LLC in Muscat seeks a Property Leasing Executive to identify and develop business opportunities for commercial properties, including offices, showrooms, and warehouses. Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Arts, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience in commercial property leasing or related real estate field (3–5 years).
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of Oman commercial property market and rental trends.
• Understanding of leasing documentation and tenancy procedures.
• Able to engage confidently with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
• Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate leasing records.
• Valid Oman driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new commercial leasing opportunities and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, corporate clients, tenants, investors and business representatives.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property inspections and arrange viewings for prospective clients.
• Prepare and present property proposals, quotations and commercial terms.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease periods, rent-free periods, security deposits and other terms.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into leases.
• Achieve individual leasing targets and contribute to revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Conduct market surveys and track rental rates and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and rental income.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Finance, Legal and other departments.
• Ensure tenancy agreements and related documents are completed timely.
• Ensure timely collection of rents and deposits.
• Maintain leasing system updates and transaction records.
• Attend leasing meetings and share market intelligence with the team.
• Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
• Review performance and take actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain professional customer service throughout the leasing process.
