Job summary

Al Habib & Co is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage the full cycle of residential leasing in Muscat. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, and convert inquiries into signed leases while maximizing occupancy and rental income.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure tenancy documentation, collections, and handovers are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining excellent customer service and professional relationships with tenants and landlords.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential property leasing experience.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of Oman residential rental market and current trends.
• Knowledge of leasing procedures and tenancy documentation.
• Valid Oman driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate leasing leads through enquiries, referrals, portals, social media and other marketing channels.
• Respond promptly to telephone, online and walk-in enquiries.
• Understand tenants’ requirements, budget and location and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords and prospects.
• Negotiate rental rates and terms within approved limits.
• Convert enquiries and viewings into leases and meet targets.
• Promote vacant units through marketing channels and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain up-to-date vacancy information and report on market trends.
• Coordinate with Property Management for availability, handover and tenancy documentation.
• Ensure timely preparation of tenancy agreements and registration formalities.
• Collect rent cheques, deposits and other payments on time.
• Update leasing system with enquiries, viewings, negotiations and transactions.
• Attend sales meetings and share leads and market information.
