Job summary

Al Habib & Co LLC in Muscat is seeking a Property Leasing Executive to identify and develop business opportunities for commercial properties such as offices, retail units, showrooms, and warehouses. You will engage property owners, corporate clients and investors, conduct viewings, negotiate terms and close leasing transactions in line with department targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Arts, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial property leasing or related real estate field.
• Strong commercial negotiation and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new commercial leasing opportunities and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, corporate clients, tenants, investors and business representatives.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties.
• Conduct property inspections and arrange viewings for prospective clients.
• Prepare and present property proposals, quotations and commercial terms.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease periods, rent-free periods, security deposits and other lease terms within approved authority.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert into leases; achieve leasing targets.
