Job summary

Al Habib & Co is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to identify and secure commercial leasing opportunities across offices, retail units, showrooms and warehouses in Oman. You will build strong relationships with property owners, corporate clients, investors and business customers, and guide transactions from inspection to closing.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial property leasing, strong negotiation and bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic, plus knowledge of Oman market trends

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial property leasing or related real estate field.
• Strong commercial negotiation and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of Oman commercial property market and rental trends.
• Knowledge of tenancy documentation and leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new commercial leasing opportunities and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, corporate clients, tenants and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property inspections and arrange viewings for prospects.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and lease terms.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease periods and deposits within authority.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert into leases.
• Meet leasing targets and contribute to department revenue.
