Job summary

Specialized Import and Trading LLC in Muscat, Oman seeks a results-driven business development professional to drive corporate training revenues. You will cultivate relationships with government ministries, banks, and large employers, and manage end-to-end tender submissions.

Fluency in Arabic and English, plus a valid Omani driver’s license, are essential. You will draft proposals, coordinate pricing and trainer availability, and execute marketing campaigns to promote the annual programme

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of business development, corporate sales, or key account management in Oman.
• Established network among HR and L&D decision-makers in Oman.
• Understanding of Omani government procurement tender portals and bid submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with ministries, banks, and employers to grow training revenue.
• Identify decision-makers, secure face-to-face meetings, and deliver sales presentations.
• Maintain vendor registration and submit tenders and RFPs in portals.
• Draft commercial proposals in Arabic and English, coordinating scope, pricing and trainer availability.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting the annual programme calendar and represent at HR events.
• Serve as the client's point of contact through delivery; handle scheduling, logistics, attendance and certification.
• Maintain complete CRM pipeline and submit weekly/monthly performance reports; follow up invoicing.
