You will coach and mentor staff, collaborate with department heads, evaluate training effectiveness with data, manage the training budget, stay abreast of industry trends, and use modern training tools to deliver engaging programmes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in sales training and development within Real Estate.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programmes.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive sales training programmes tailored to the team.
