Job summary

Doroob HR Consulting And Recruitment is seeking a qualified Sales & Marketing professional for a well-known Polytechnic college in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration and at least 3–4 years of proven experience in the Training/Education industry in Oman.

This position requires strong knowledge of Oman’s training institute market, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with OPAL standards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the Training/Education industry in Oman.
• Familiarity with OPAL standards, HSE training, Defensive Driving, and NPORS/RTITB Lifting courses is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Oman’s training institute market

Excellent communication skills

Negotiation and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Ability to work independently
