Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Al Mouj, Muscat, Oman, seeks a Spa Manager to oversee all spa operations, programs, hours of operation, facilities and staff.

You will coordinate services across salon, skin care, fitness and wellness, and reservations, while driving guest satisfaction and department profitability. As a department head, you will work with the management team and hourly staff to execute spa operations and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.

Responsibilities

• Managing Spa Operations and Budgets: selects vendors for spa retail operations and manages contract agreements.
• Oversees retail product research, product selection and purchasing, product display.
• Manages supply inventories and purchasing control, including uniforms.
• Monitors spa sales to meet revenue goals and maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas.
• Managing Spa Sales and Marketing Strategy: develops spa promotions and group services.
• Ensures spa services are included in property-related marketing.
• Managing Spa Revenue Management Strategy: monitors payroll and operates within budget.
• Ensuring and Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: leads guest hospitality and service quality.
• Conducting Human Resources Activities: interviews and hires management and hourly employees; develops orientation and appraisal processes.
