Job summary

St. Regis in Muscat is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to supervise daily restaurant operations, assist with menu planning, and uphold sanitation standards. You will lead servers and hosts on peak periods while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires either a high school diploma with 4 years in F&B or a 2-year degree in a related hospitality field with 2 years of experience. Marriott brand experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in food and beverage or related professional area.
• OR a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration with 2 years in food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
• Provides leadership, training and coaching to team members.
• Ensures compliance with food & beverage policies, standards and procedures.

Education
