Job summary

GENSERV in Oman is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen our quarry and aggregate equipment sales team. You will drive revenue by selling mobile and static crushers, screens and plants to quarry owners, contractors and consultants.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will lead negotiations, prepare technical proposals and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely project delivery. A mechanical/industrial/automotive background and 5–7 years GCC sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in Oman/GCC in mining, quarry & aggregate equipment.
• Significant knowledge of mobile and static crushing & screening products.
• Willing to relocate to branches as per company requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and business development for crushing and screening plants and related equipment.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, product presentations and equipment demonstrations.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, principals, logistics, service teams and customers for project delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports and forecasts.
