Job summary

GENSERV, a leading Oman construction equipment dealer, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen the heavy equipment sales team. You will drive revenue, craft quotes, and negotiate orders for excavators, wheel loaders, graders, telehandlers, and crushers across Oman.

You will visit clients and sites, build long-term relationships, present product comparisons, and coordinate with aftersales to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in Oman in construction/heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of excavators, wheel loaders, graders, telehandlers, forklifts and crushers.
• Knowledge of power generation products is a plus.
• Driving license (Oman or GCC) is mandatory.
• Willing to relocate to branches as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, lead negotiations, secure orders and oversee delivery.
• Achieve sales targets via territory plans and strong area coverage.
• Visit customers and sites, generate leads and maintain contact with contractors.
• Recommend suitable products and perform cost analyses for clients.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with aftersales for requirements.
