Job summary

General Engineering Services -GENSERV in Oman seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive revenue for quarry and aggregate equipment, including crushers, screens, and plants. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will lead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities through visits and project tracking across Oman and GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in Oman/GCC in mining, quarry & aggregate equipment or related heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of mobile and static crushing & screening products.
• Leading a sales team or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quarry and mining operations and equipment.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Oman or GCC driving license is mandatory.
• Willing to relocate to branches as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and business development for quarry and aggregate equipment and related plants.
• Achieve sales revenue and business development targets.
• Identify new opportunities through customer visits, project tracking, and proactive lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with quarry owners, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain after-sales relationships and seek repeat business opportunities.
• Review customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
