Job summary

Worley in Muscat, Oman seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead Brownfield EPCM delivery for oil & gas projects. This full-time on-site role offers growth within a multinational environment.

You will drive HSSE leadership, coordinate engineering, procurement and construction activities, mentor leadership, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while fostering collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas experience, with brownfield project delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex Brownfield EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the EPCM team to deliver Brownfield EPCM projects.
• Ensure alignment of customer objectives across stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Mentor and coach the Contract Leadership Team with strategic direction.
• Provide leadership to establish a vision for project success and practical strategies.
