Job summary

Worley is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for complex Oil & Gas projects in Muscat. The role focuses on delivering engineering deliverables across EPCM contracts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe, on-schedule, on-budget project execution.

Ideal candidate has 20+ years in Oil & Gas design, FEED to start-up experience, and proven leadership in Brownfield environments within or related to the Middle East. Strong communication and HSSE commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas design and engineering.
• Experience as a professional engineer for projects and plant modifications from FEED through execution, commissioning and start-up.
• 5–10 years of experience as Engineering Manager leading multidisciplinary teams in Brownfield Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineering status or equivalent registration.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to meet objectives and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of engineering deliverables for EPCM contracts.
• Design and develop innovative approaches to complex engineering challenges.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team with focus on technical excellence.
• Drive work methods ensuring quality within schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.
• Promote continuous improvement and HSSE compliance.
