Job summary

Worley is seeking a Manager II, Construction in Muscat to lead all construction activities with a strong focus on safety and project performance. You will oversee engineering-to-construction handover, drive constructability improvements, and guide multidisciplinary teams to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets on major Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in EPCM environments, Brownfield experience, and proven leadership in complex, multicultural settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in major Oil & Gas projects.
Extensive EPCM project delivery and construction management experience.
Experience with Brownfield projects and operating facilities.
Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project execution.

Responsibilities

Provide HSSE leadership and promote safety culture across the project.
Lead and oversee all construction activities for safe, on-time delivery.
Develop and execute construction strategies from engineering through handover.
Drive constructability reviews and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
Mentor project teams and align with project goals and stakeholders.
Foster collaboration across disciplines and promote digital construction technologies.
